IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

After many delays we are delighted to announce that the new 2008 edition of 'The Red Book' is now available.  Shipments of books are being processed to those who are on file with fully, pre-paid orders first.  We have endeavored to re-verify all mailing addresses for those individuals, but if you have a pre-paid order pending and have moved since placing the order, please ensure that Barbara MacManus, contact information shown under Ordering Information, is apprised of your new address.

Note:  The supply of the 1991 edition of the book is sold out.

The cost of the new book is $95.00.  Although, at one time, we anticipated offering the book with or without a CD containing the entire book, the CD will not be made available at this time.
